David J. Nettina

DAVID J. NETTINA is President and Chief Operating Officer of SL Green
Realty Corporation, where he is responsible for managing and
coordinating the company’s operations and capital market strategy. In
addition to these responsibilities, he also served as the firm’s Chief
Financial Officer through 1998. Additionally, Mr. Nettina serves as a
member of the Advisory Board of Capital Thinking, an emerging
application software provider to the real estate finance industry.
Prior to joining SL Green, Mr. Nettina was a Senior Partner of the
Pyramid Companies (‘Pyramid’), based in Syracuse, New York, serving in
various positions from March 1986 through June 1997. During his tenure
with Pyramid he oversaw a number of financial and development projects,
serving at various times in the role of Development Partner, Chief
Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Pyramid,
Mr. Nettina served as President of Citibank (Maine), N.A. Mr. Nettina
received a BS degree in 1974 and a Master of Business Administration in
1976 from Canisius College and is a CMA.
