DAVID J. NASCA is President and Chief Executive Officer of Evans Bancorp and Evans Bank, N.A., a nationally chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of Evans Bancorp. He joined the company’s board of directors in September 2006 and subsequently joined the management team as President in December 2006. He was appointed CEO in April 2007.
