David Goodman

David Goodman has been Executive Vice President of Pharmascience Inc. in
Montreal, Quebec, since May 2001. He was Vice President of Business
Development for Pharmascience from June 1995 to May 2001. From September
1992 to June 1995, Mr. Goodman was involved in Research
Development/Corporate Development for the company. He has a PhD in
Pharmacology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville,
Virginia and a Bachelors of Commerce with distinction from McGill
University in Montreal, Quebec.
