David Fletcher

DAVID FLETCHER is a founder partner and Chairman of the company. He has
30 years’ experience in Property Fund and Asset Management advising such
clients as the pension funds of IBM, Debenham Stores, Allied Domecq, ITB
and others. He is also currently on the Board of Falcon Property Unit
Trust. He is involved with a number of clients in their overall strategy
and portfolio performance and attends their quarterly Board meetings and
portfolio reviews.
