David Davenport

DAVID DAVENPORT leads the SANcastle Technologies, Inc. team as President
and CEO, bringing over 20 years of experience in the storage technology
industry. Formerly, he was Vice President, Worldwide Operations of
Hitachi, LTD’s Storage Division and was successful in developing and
implementing Hitachi’s storage product strategy and business alliance
program. Before joining Hitachi, Mr. Davenport worked for Hitachi Data
Systems as the Vice President of Storage Architecture and Technology and
Group Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Research.
Prior to joining Hitachi, Mr. Davenport held progressively senior
positions at IBM Corporation, Storage Technology Corporation, and
Amdahl. Mr. Davenport is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree
in Mathematics.
