David Cohen

DAVID COHEN is President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Orion
Resources Inc. Mr. Cohen is a Professional Engineer (Chemical
Engineering) and has an MBA in Corporate Finance. He has held senior
operating, project development and commercial positions for major global
mining and construction companies. In restructuring Northern Orion, he
has grown it from a market capitalization of $10 million to $200
million.
