David Bovell

DAVID BOVELL joined the Board of Antonov Automotive Technologies BV in
August 2003. He is a Finance Director of the company. He is a qualified
Chartered Accountant and held two European Financial Controller
positions prior to forming his own corporate finance consultancy in
1992, Green Corporate Finance. GCF advises and assists its clients,
mainly small and mid-cap companies, in private fundraising exercises and
in completing their IPOs. As Managing Director of Green Corporate
Finance, he initiated Antonov’s London Stock Exchange listing in 1995
and successfully completed a number of fundraising exercises for the
company thereafter.
