David A. Litwack has served as President and Chief Executive Officer
since May 1997, and as a member of Board of Directors since November
1996. Before joining SilverStream, Mr. Litwack served as Executive Vice
President of Sybase Inc., an enterprise software company, from February
1995 to May 1997 and as President of Powersoft Corporation , a client
server development tools company, from June 1991 to its acquisition by
Sybase in February 1995. In addition, Mr. Litwack is a Director of
Object Design , Inc., a data management company, and of Trellix Corp., a
Web site creation software company.
