Jack Luchese – Cytrx Corporation (cytr)

JACK J. LUCHESE has a twenty-seven year career in management, having joined CytRx in March of 1989, where he serves as President and CEO. Prior to his appointment at CytRx, Mr. Luchese served as Vice President and General Manager of Armour Pharmaceutical Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rhone-Poulenc Rorer. At Armour, he helped introduce the drug Monoclate' and guided the firm through a major refocusing effort, leading to improved sales and earnings. In addition, he served as corporate Vice President of business development, responsible for licensing, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Luchese also spent 15 years with Johnson & Johnson in various capacities, including business development, licensing, sales, new product marketing and finance. Mr. Luchese received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University and his Bachelor's degree in Business from Montclair University. Profile
