Darin W. Wagner

DARIN W. WAGNER, President, CEO and Director of West Timmins Mining Inc., is a
Professional Geologist with over 20 years of exploration and development
experience, including 10 years working with the exploration departments of two
of Canada’s largest mining companies, Cominco (now TeckCominco) and Noranda (now
Xstrata). He was President and a Director of Sydney Resource Corporation ahead
of its 2006 merger with Band-Ore Resources to form West Timmins Mining Inc. and
spent five years prior to that as Exploration Manager for Platinum Group Metals
Ltd. and predecessor New Millenium Metals Corp. Mr. Wagner holds a Master’s
degree in Geology from Carlton University.
