Daniel A. Ogden

DANIEL A. OGDEN is President of Dock Street Asset Management. An
investor for over twenty years, Dan Ogden has been involved in a number
of entrepreneurial activities. In the first of these, he co-founded a
mail-order marketer of chimney cleaning equipment in 1977. The business
was sold in 1980. His first experience at managing assets for orders
came as a General Partner for two real estate partnerships owning and
operating commercial properties in New York City. The buildings were
sold during 1985. Over the next three years, he was active as a sales
representative for the Windmill Group, a securities brokerage operation.
