Dane Reese

DANE REESE is President and Chief Executive Officer of Instaff Holding
Corporation. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Reese manages
the day-to-day operations of a staffing company with $40 million in
sales and 15 branch offices that service clients in Texas and Oklahoma.
He first joined InStaff in 1997 as a Managing Partner in charge of
marketing and sales. In 2000, he successfully raised the capital to buy
out his partners’ shares and assume his current leadership role. When
Mr. Reese first joined InStaff, the company generated $18 million in
sales out of 10 offices. Since that time, he has navigated InStaff
through times of economic expansion as well as recession. Ranked among
the Dallas 100 fastest growing companies three years in a row, InStaff
has experienced extraordinary growth in recent years and expects
continued success in the future. As the sixth largest staffing company
in the Dallas Metroplex, according to the Dallas Business Journal,
InStaff ranks among the largest regional companies in its industry in
North Texas. Prior to joining InStaff, Mr. Reese managed a $24 million
business unit for Manpower, including major accounts with on-site
offices and a technical office. He also held other positions with
Manpower over the years, including On-site Manager, Branch Manager and
Technical Manager. Working numerous roles within a staffing organization
from light industrial to clerical to technical, Mr. Reese gained the
relevant experience to run the multi-line business within the InStaff
organization. InStaff fills temporary and permanent positions for light
industrial, clerical, accounting and technical positions.
