Dan Rawlings

DAN RAWLINGS joined SourcingLink.net, Inc. as President and Chief
Executive Officer on June 1, 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr.
Rawlings served as Ariba, Inc.’s Director of Sales for e-commerce
solutions, delivering e-commerce solutions to large, global
organizations. From 1995-2000, Mr. Rawlings served as PeopleSoft’s
Director of Strategic Retail Accounts and then as e-commerce Sales
Director. In this capacity he was responsible for overseeing sales and
delivery of e-commerce solutions jointly developed by CommerceOne and
PeopleSoft’s successful retail industry vertical initiative. From
1984-1995, Mr. Rawlings held various senior sales and management
positions with Lawson Software, Oracle Corporation and Data General
Corporation. Mr. Rawlings received his Bachelor’s degree from Azusa
Pacific University in 1984.
