Dale Vincent

DALE VINCENT is President and Chief Executive Officer of MangoSoft
Corporation. As President and CEO, Mr. Vincent is leading Mango’s
corporate strategy and business development. He is a member of Mango’s
Board of Directors and served as the company’s CFO prior to his
appointment as CEO in 1999. Mr. Vincent’s vast expertise and experience,
particularly in developing and funding emerging companies in the
software industry, has given him unique and valuable insight into the
financial dynamics of the high-tech industry. Since April 1990, he has
served as a Managing Director of ACAP, the general partner of Associated
Capital, where he consults with Associated Capital and provides
expertise regarding its investment and marketing activities. Mr. Vincent
also serves on the Board of Directors for MaMamedia Inc. Mr. Vincent
received his MBA in Finance from The American University and a BA in
Chemistry from Duke University.
