Craig Holmes

CRAIG HOLMES is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Masergy Communications, Inc. He is responsible for Masergy’s financial,
legal, human resources and other support functions. Prior to joining
Masergy, he served as Chief Financial Officer at epicRealm, Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Excel Communications and
Partner at Arthur Andersen, LLP. At epicRealm, he managed funding
activities that included raising $90 million from private equity
investors. At Excel, Mr. Holmes helped manage its extraordinary growth,
its $150 million IPO, the syndication of a $1 billion credit facility, a
$7 billion merger and other M&A activities. At Arthur Andersen, Mr.
Holmes assisted rapidly growing companies, and established companies
with public and private financings, M&A activities, process consulting
and audits.
