Craig B. Parr

CRAIG B. PARR is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Sports Resorts International, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pickup
truck cargo/load management systems serving OEM and aftermarket
distributors nationwide. Prior to joining Sports Resorts, he held
various positions with Edgetek Tool & Mold Inc.; Durakon Industries; New
Center Stamping and General Motors Corporation. Mr. Parr has a BA in
Business Administration with a major in Economics and a minor in
Mathematics from Oakland University.
