Costantino Lazzari

COSTANTINO LAZZARI is Chairman of Perlier SPA. Prior to joining Perlier,
Mr. Lazzari spent six years as an auditor in an international auditing
firm and six years as a CFO at Marconi Italiana, a company of the EE
Group. Since 1968, he has been an independent professional consultant in
finance, taxation and accounting. Mr. Lazzari is a member of the board
of directors and of the board of statutory auditors of several Italian
subsidiaries of international Groups and of local companies. Mr. Lazzari
holds a degree in Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan. Mr.
Lazzari is married with two sons who work in his practice. His general
interests include reading, writing, gardening, skiing, sailing, and
trying to understand the intricate rules of this world.
