Cory Armand

CORY ARMAND joined Orthodontic Centers of America as VP of Investor
Relations in January 2002. Before joining OCA, Mr. Armand spent four
years with GulfStar Group, an investment banking firm with offices in
Dallas and Houston, Texas, where Mr. Armand was most recently Senior
Vice President. Prior to that, Mr. Armand served as Vice President of
First Commerce Corporation of New Orleans, LA (now Bank One), and he
also worked for over a year as Manager of Financial Reporting for CII
Carbon, LLC, a Louisiana-based chemical manufacturer and exporter of
petroleum coke throughout the world. Mr. Armand earned a BA and MBA,
each with honors, from Tulane University.
