Cornelis Wit

CORNELIS WIT has been President and Chief Executive Officer of OmniComm
Systems, Inc., since 2002. He plans and directs all aspects of the
organization’s policies, objectives and initiatives. He is responsible
for short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Prior
to joining OmniComm, Mr. Wit was a consultant to Noesis Capital Corp.
from 1994 to 1996 and President, Corporate Finance from 1996 to 2002;
President and Chief Executive Officer of DMV Incorporated from 1990 to
1994; Vice President, International Operations Duphar, Amsterdam
Pharmaceutical Division from 1984 to 1989; Director Europe, Duphar,
Amsterdam Pharmaceutical Division from 1984 to 1986; President, Chile
and Peru, based in Santiago, Chile Reicolite from 1981 to 1983;
President Peru, based in Lima, Peru, Reicolite from 1976 to 1981;
President, Organon AZO-Pharma from 1967-1975; Director of Marketing and
Sales, Organon from 1971 to 1972. Mr. Wit graduated form the University
of Nijenrode, Netherlands, with a degree in Business Administration.
