Corinne Lyle

CORINNE LYLE has been CFO of Tularik Inc. since 1998. Prior to joining
the company she was an Executive Director at Warburg Dillon Read, where
she was responsible for the West Coast healthcare effort. Ms. Lyle has
11 years of experience in investment banking, and holds an MBA degree
from Harvard Business School.
