Clifton R. Beckham

CLIFTON R. BECKHAM has served as Senior Vice President, Finance since
2003, Chief Financial Officer since 2002 and as Secretary since 2001 of
USA Truck, Inc. He served as Vice President, Finance from 2002 to 2003,
as Treasurer from 2001 to 2002, as Controller from 1999 to 2001 and as
Chief Accountant from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Beckham is a Certified Public
Accountant and a Director of the Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union.
