Christopher Lindop

CHRISTOPHER LINDOP has served as Chief Financial Officer at Inverness
Medical Innovations, Inc., since September 22, 2003. Prior to joining
Inverness, Mr. Lindop served as an Audit Partner with Ernst & Young LLP,
from June 2002 until September 2003. Mr. Lindop was an Audit Partner
with the Boston office of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1991 until joining
Ernst & Young in June 2002 and has spent 26 years as a finance
professional, starting with his career in the UK prior to his move to
the United States in 1984.
