Christopher K. Poole

CHRISTOPHER K. POOLE is Chairman and CEO of Elite Information Group,
Inc., the leading provider of financial and practice management systems
for law firms and other professional service organizations. Mr. Poole
has been in the information technology business for 20 years and in the
legal industry for 10 years. Prior to joining Elite in 1995 he was the
Executive Director at Latham & Watkins, an international law firm based
in Los Angeles and one of the five largest law firms in the world.
Before assuming that position Mr. Poole was the Director of Technology
at Latham & Watkins and directed the implementation of one of the most
advanced automation programs in the legal industry. He was previously a
partner at the management consulting firm of Theodore Barry & Associates
in Los Angeles and has held various management positions at Rolm
Corporation, Hewlett-Packard, and Santa Monica Software.
