Charles Sansbury

CHARLES SANSBURY is the Chief Financial Officer for Vignette
Corporation. Mr. Sansbury joined the company in early 2000, and
previously served as Vignette’s Vice President of Corporate
Development having helped guide the company’s strategic financing
initiatives. Prior to joining Vignette, he was a Principal in the
Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley where he
specialized in advising companies in the Internet infrastructure
software industry. Mr. Sansbury served as Vignette’s investment
banker during its IPO and secondary offering. He brings over 10
years experience in technology investment banking, including
mergers and acquisitions, strategic financings, and
restructurings. Mr. Sansbury holds an MBA from The Wharton School
of The University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Georgetown
University.
