Charles Jamieson

CHARLES JAMIESON is the Chief Executive Officer of Premier Oil Plc. He
joined Premier in 1980 as Finance Director and in 1992 was appointed
Chief Executive Officer. Premier Oil is a British independent oil and
gas, exploration and production company with principal businesses in the
United Kingdom, Far East, Pakistan, Albania, Indonesia and Myanmar.
Charles was previously with Ernst & Young and Gulf Oil Corporation. He
is a chartered accountant and has an MBA from INSEAD.
