Charles H. Majors

CHARLES H. MAJORS has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
American National Bankshares Inc. and American National Bank & Trust
Company, its banking subsidiary, since January 1994. Prior to that he
was President of AMNB and the bank from January-December 1993. Mr.
Majors was a practicing attorney and President, Clement & Wheatley P.C.
prior to 1993.
