CHARLES GROM is the Senior Analyst for J.P. Morgan’s Small-Mid Cap
Hardline Retail equity research team, based in New York City, currently
covering 16 stocks within several retail subsectors, including home
furnishings, sporting goods, auto dealers and bookstores. Prior to
joining the firm, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney from 1999 to 2002,
where he was a leading Associate in the homebuilding and building
products team, which was ranked number one or number two by
Institutional Investor. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Grom worked at Arthur
Andersen LLP. He holds a BS in Economics and Accounting from Holy Cross
College in Massachusetts and is both a CFA and CPA.
