Cecil Douglas Carpenter

CECIL DOUGLAS CARPENTER has been Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Farmers Capital Bank Corporation since August 1993 and
Secretary since July 2001. From May 1979 through July 1993, he was with
Bank One, Lexington (formerly First Security Corporation of Kentucky)
where he began as an entry level Accountant and held various accounting
positions, most recently Director of Accounting. He graduated from the
University of Kentucky with a BS degree in Accounting.
