Carolyn Cross

CAROLYN CROSS is Chairman, CEO and a Founder of Ondine Biopharma Corporation,
and has been involved with the company since 1999. Prior to Ondine, Mrs. Cross
was involved with several other startups directly and indirectly through
Vencourt Capital, a venture capital company located in Vancouver that provides
capital, management expertise and technology to early stage companies. As a
former Vice President with Royal Bank Investment Management Inc., the fund
management arm of the Royal Bank of Canada, with the responsibilities of
managing pension, pooled, mutual and private client funds, Mrs. Cross brings an
institutional investor approach to the management of Ondine. She holds a CFA
designation, an MBA from York University and an HB from University of Western
Ontario.
