Carlos Eduardo Camargo

CARLOS EDUARDO CAMARGO is the Head of Investor Relations and Internal Controls
for Embraer. Formerly, he built a career in financial markets, working with
derivatives for the past 20 years. With Embraer, Mr. Camargo leads a team
responsible for all IR activities of the company, structures operations to
access financial markets and raise capital when demanded, and also manages
internal controls and risks according to SOX regulations. He has a BA in
Business Administration from FAAP Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado with
specialization in finance.
