C. Franklin Speight

C. FRANKLIN SPEIGHT has been Chairman and Principal Executive Officer of
American Capital Partners Limited, Inc., since November 2003. Prior to
joining the company, Mr. Speight was Founder-Managing Director of
Dunhill Capital Inc. from 1995 to 1997. He was Chairman and CEO of ERA
West Inc. from 1995 to 1997 and President of Speight & Associates, Inc.,
from 1992 to 1995. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International
Business Administration from the University of South Florida, Tampa,
Florida, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Finance
from Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Speight attended the
Masters Exchange Program-Economics in Developing Nations at the
University of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica, and the Special
Studies Course-Hedge Funds Management at the London School of Business,
London, UK.
