Bruce Broussard

BRUCE BROUSSARD has served as Chief Financial Officer of US Oncology,
Inc., since August 2000. From 1998 until joining the Company, Mr.
Broussard was employed by HarborDental, a developer of cosmetic dental
centers and a vertical application service provider. Mr. Broussard was
founder of HarborDental and served as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to
1998, Mr. Broussard spent eight years as the Chief Financial Officer of
the New York Stock Exchange companies Regency Health Services and Sun
Healthcare Group combined as the Treasurer of Continental Medical
Systems, Inc. In addition, Mr. Broussard has served in numerous
capacities in the accounting firms of Arthur Andersen and
PricewaterhouseCoopers and currently serves on the Board of US Physical
Therapy.
