Brian A. Vincent

BRIAN A. VINCENT, Chairman, President and CEO, brings 20 years of high-
tech and telecommunications expertise to Quintessent. Prior to joining
Quintessent, he spent the last four years at Nextel International, Inc.
(formerly McCaw International, Ltd.), where he most recently held the
role of President and Managing Director of the Asia-Pacific Group. Mr.
Vincent has a seasoned career in global strategy, business and product
development, operations, sales and marketing management and the
implementation of large-scale business transactions. He was most
recently an original member of the senior management team that was
assembled in 1995 to start Nextel International, where they launched
digital cellular systems in 12 of the top 25 cities around the world.
Mr. Vincent holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BA in
Political Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
