Bradley T. MacDonald

BRADLEY T. MACDONALD became Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of Medifast, Inc., on January 28, 1998. Prior to joining the
company, he was appointed as Program Director of the U.S. Olympic Coin
Program of the Atlanta Olympic Games. From 1991 through 1994, Colonel
MacDonald returned to active duty to be Deputy Director and Chief
Financial Officer of the Retail, Food, Hospitality, and Recreation
Businesses for the United States Marine Corps. Prior to that, he served
as Chief Operating Officer of the Bonneau Sunglass Company, President of
Pennsylvania Optical Co., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
MacDonald and Associates, which had major financial interests in a
retail drug, consumer candy, and pilot sunglass companies. He was
National President of the Marine Corps Reserve Officers Association and
retired from the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Colonel in
1997, after 27 years of service. He is also serving on the Board of
Directors of the Wireless Accessories Group, a NASDAQ Bulletin Board
Company.
