Bob McMullan

BOB McMULLAN came to GlobeSpan, Inc. with more than 20 years of business
and management experience. As Chief Financial Officer of GlobeSpan, Mr.
McMullan is responsible for all financial and human resources functions.
Prior to joining GlobeSpan, Mr. McMullan was Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of The BISYS Group, Inc., a $400 million
publicly traded service company to the financial services industry. Mr.
McMullan has also held CFO and senior positions in other private, high-
growth, acquisition companies.
