Bo Norholm

BO NORHOLM is Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Scanbox
Entertainment A/S. He has acted as Chairman since he was appointed to
the board on September 30, 1999. Mr Norholm began his career with a
major auditing company in Denmark and has worked extensively over the
years with a number of Danish international companies. He has been on
the board of a number of companies both in Denmark and around the world
in both commercial and financial capacities. Bo Norholm is 40 years of
age, and a LL.B. Graduate in Finance.
