Bernhard Engelbrecht

BERNHARD ENGELBRECHT is Chief Financial Officer of P21. Dr. Engelbrecht
received a PhD in Business Adminstration and has comprehensive
entrepreneurial experience in the fields of finances, controlling, and
accounting. Before he joined P21, he had been Vice President of Finance
at Atlas Venture GmbH in Munich from 2000 to the end of 2002. Here, he
was responsible for the structuring, financing, controlling, and
accounting for the whole German-language business of the Atlas Venture
portfolio.
