Bernard M. Ciongoli

BERNARD M. CIONGOLI is President, Treasurer and Director of Tech
Laboratories Inc. He joined the company as President and Director in
late 1992 and became Treasurer in 1998. Previously, Mr. Ciongoli served
as the President of HyTech Labs, a company involved in the sales and
servicing of electronic test equipment. Mr. Ciongoli also served as
Principal Owner and President of Bernco Developers, a real estate
developer. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Paterson
Institute of Technology.
