Benjamin H. Nye

BENJAMIN H. NYE is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
of Precise Software Solutions, Ltd. Prior to joining Precise in February
2000, he was a Principal with Allied Capital Corporation and actively
served on the Board of several portfolio client companies. Prior to
Allied Capital, Mr. Nye held several general management positions at the
U.S. Department of Treasury as well as Mercer Management Consulting,
Ford Motor Company and PaineWebber. He has a Master’s degree in Business
Administration from the Harvard School of Business and a Bachelor’s
degree from Harvard College.
