Barry Plaga

BARRY PLAGA, Chief Financial Officer of SeeBeyond Technology
Corporation, joined the company in 1999. Formerly Senior Vice President
and CFO at entertainment software developer Activision. Mr. Plaga has an
extensive background in the financial market surrounding software
development and distribution. Prior to his work at Activision, he served
as CFO and Corporate Secretary at Strategic Mortgage Investments, Inc.
Additionally, Mr. Plaga has worked as a Senior Auditor with Arthur Young
and Company. At SeeBeyond, he is responsible for corporate finance,
investor relations, accounting, operations and administration,
facilities and worldwide IT. Mr. Plaga brings particular expertise in
high growth, high tech environments such as SeeBeyond where management
and systems infrastructure, return on capital and potential strategic
acquisitions are critical to long-term success and shareholder value.
Mr. Plaga holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of
Southern California. He also earned his Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration at University of Southern California, where he
graduated cum laude.
