BARBARA G. ROSENBLUM, CFA, MBA, has been an investment analyst for over
36 years, specializing in conservative money management. She has been a
security analyst with several prominent New York stock exchange firms
and a research director and partner of her own brokerage firm. She
founded her own advisory firm in 1973, the predecessor to Rosenblum-
Silverman-Sutton. Mrs. Rosenblum is responsible for equity and fixed
income portfolio management and strategy for institutions and
foundations at RSS. Ms. Rosenblum has been featured in many financial
publications, television and radio shows including "CNBC," the Wall
Street Journal, and the Wall Street Transcript, and a frequent financial
commentator in the San Francisco newspapers. A popular guest speaker and
lecturer, she has conducted a variety of seminars and workshops at
educational institutions on personal financial planning, money
management, security analysis, as well as retirement and pension
programs. Mrs. Rosenblum received a B.A. in Business from Cornell
University and a MBA in Finance from Boston University Graduate School
of Management. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the
San Francisco Society of Security Analysts, the Association for
Investment Management and Research, and the San Francisco Society of
Technical Analysts.
