Arthur W. Coviello

ARTHUR W. COVIELLO is President and Chief Executive Officer of
RSA Security. Mr. Coviello has been with RSA Security since 1995
and has more than 20 years of strategic, operating and financial
management experience in high technology companies. Before
joining RSA Security, Mr. Coviello served as Chief Operating
Officer for CrossComm Corporation, an internetworking company. He
has also held various finance and management positions in
graphics software and semiconductor equipment companies and has
been directly involved in numerous public offerings, raising
hundreds of millions of dollars in capital. In addition, he has
served on numerous outside Boards of Directors, including
NetScout Systems, an emerging high technology company. He began
his career at Deloitte & Touche as a CPA. Mr. Coviello graduated
magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts.
