Arthur H. Del Prado

ARTHUR H. DEL PRADO has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of
ASM International N.V. since he formed the company in the Netherlands in
1968. In 1984, Mr. del Prado was a co-founder of ASM-Lithography through
a joint-venture with Philips Electronics N.V. Mr. del Prado currently
serves on the Board of several companies, civic and non profit
organizations, including the MEDEA Board, the ‘Micro Electronics
Development for European Applications’project.
