Arthur F. Coombs

ARTHUR F. COOMBS currently serves as President and CEO of Sento
Corporation. Previously, he served as General Manager and Executive Vice
President in charge of Sento Technical Services. Prior to joining
Sento’s management team, Mr. Coombs served as Managing Director and Vice
President, of European Business Development for Sykes Enterprises
Incorporated. He was responsible for the establishment of Sykes’ pan-
European Technical Support Centers. During his four-year tenure with
Sykes, its European presence grew to more than 2,000 employees, offering
Technical Support Service in 14 languages to more than 25 countries. Mr.
Coombs is also a widely published author of outsourcing and IT technical
support methodologies. A recognized speaker at IT and Call Center
conferences, he has recently presented at events in Dublin, Amsterdam,
France, London and North America on subjects such as International
Technical Support, Service Center Site Selection, Creating Mutually
Beneficial Outsourcing Solutions Relationships and Technical vs.
Linguistic Skills. In addition Mr. Coombs worked for high-tech
organizations such as Hewlett-Packard, VLSI Research and RasterOps.
While with RasterOps, he directed the establishment of a pan-European
Distribution/Customer Support Center.
