ANTHONY PAOLONE is a Vice President and Senior Analyst in the equity
research department of J.P. Morgan Securities. Along with Michael
Mueller, he co-heads the real estate investment trust (REIT) equity
research group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in early 2003, Mr. Paolone
was a Director and co-head of real estate stock research at CIBC World
Markets Corp. in New York City. Before becoming a Senior Analyst in
2000, Mr. Paolone worked as an Equity Research Associate at Donaldson,
Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corp. (now Credit Suisse First Boston) and
Prudential. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from
the University of Cincinnati and carries the Chartered Financial Analyst
designation.
