Anthony P. Deasey

ANTHONY P. DEASEY is Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief
Operating Officer of Celsion Corporation. He joined the company as Chief
Financial Officer late in 2000. He was previously Chief Financial
Officer at World Kitchen Inc. (formerly Corning Consumer Products),
Rollerblade Inc. and Church and Dwight Co. Inc. Mr. Deasey is a
Chartered Accountant who gained his early experience in the
international operations of Chesebrough Ponds and Price Waterhouse.
