Anthony J. Kirincic

ANTHONY J. KIRINCIC is President and Executive Director of Kirlin
Holding Corp., a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ since
1995. In addition, Mr. Kirincic serves as co-Chief Executive Officer of
Kirlin Securities, Inc., a broker-dealer that he co-founded with David
O. Lindner in January 1988. Mr. Kirincic also functions in the capacity
of Managing Director of Greenleaf Management Corp., a private investment
fund. Kirlin Securities, Inc., and Greenleaf Management Corp. are
operating subsidiaries of Kirlin Holding Corp. Mr. Kirincic’s multi-
faceted experience began as an examiner with the New York Regional
Office of the NASD from 1984 through 1986 where he performed audits on
over 60 NASD member firms across multiple product lines. During his
tenure at the NASD he also acted in the capacity of Options Analyst,
responsible for examining complex option strategies and their regulatory
impact. Following his employment with the NASD, Mr. Kirincic was
associated with the firm of Margate Securities Inc. from 1986 through
1987 and functioned in the capacity of Financial and Operational
Principal, as well as Options Principal. Mr. Kirincic was also employed
as a Registered Representative for a six-month period, for G.K. Scott
and Packard Group during his transitional period before establishing his
own broker-dealer. Mr. Kirincic received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance
(1982) and a Master’s degree in Investments (1984) from Hofstra
University.
