Ann B. Curtis

ANN B. CURTIS has been with Calpine since its beginning in 1984. She
serves as Executive Vice President and Director, responsible for finance
and administration, including the functions of general counsel,
corporate and project finance, accounting, human resources, and public
and investor relations. She is Corporate Secretary and an officer of
the Company’s subsidiaries. Ms. Curtis has served the power industry
for 20 years in various management positions. During her distinguished
career with Calpine, she has played a prominent role in providing the
financial and administrative resources required to build a successful
power company.
