Andrew G. Raguskus

ANDREW G. RAGUSKUS joined Sonic Innovations, Inc. in September 1996 as
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Raguskus was Chief
Operating Officer for Sonic Solutions, Inc., a maker of digital audio
workstations, during 1996. He was Senior Vice President of Operations
for ReSound Corporation, a hearing aid company, from 1991 to 1995. Prior
to joining ReSound, Mr. Raguskus held positions with various technology
companies, including Sun Microsystems, Inc. and General Electric’s
Medical Systems Division, where he developed computer systems for GE’s
line of CAT scanners. Mr. Raguskus earned a Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a
graduate of GE’s MPA management program.
