Allan D. Lin

ALLAN D. LIN, President and Chief Executive Officer of MediSolution
Ltd., is responsible for the strategic vision and overall direction for
the company. Mr. Lin joined MediSolution in April 2003 shortly after
returning to Canada following a highly successful 27 year career with
Xerox Corporation. Mr. Lin spent the first 17 years in Canada in various
leadership roles in marketing, sales and finance followed by 10 years of
varied senior level international assignments in England, Sweden, Hong
Kong and China. Mr. Lin spent his last four years abroad as
President/CEO and Chairman of Xerox Greater China Operations, leading a
major turnaround success for Xerox. This group was composed of several
wholly owned and joint venture companies representing about US$340
million in revenue and approximately 1,600 employees involved in sales,
service, manufacturing and software development. Mr. Lin is a well
respected leader and builder with demonstrated ability to create high
performance world class organizations focused on delivering results.
Born and raised in the Province of Quebec, Mr. Lin is fluent in both
French and English. He has a BA in Economics/Mathematics and an MBA in
Marketing/Finance, both from the University of Western Ontario.
